Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
2. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
- We may refuse a refund if items are not returned in acceptable condition.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Used or damaged items not caused by our error
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
